ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE WORKS FOR AFRICAN COUNTRIES
ITIDI has launched the commencement of its second term of International course on Road Construction and Maintenance Works for African Countries recently. The ceremony was officiated by Y. Bhg. Datuk Ir. Hamzah Hassan, Chief Executive of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and Y. Bhg Tan Sri Dato´ Othman Bin Md Rijal, as the representative from ITIDI. This course is fully-funded and supported by Malaysian government.
Around twenty seven participants from around the African continent have enrolled for this program. Among them were from Zambia,Sudan, Libya and South Africa. This six-week course module encompasses of lecture, tutorial, technical site visit and recreational tour.
This program is an approach to intensify the knowledge of the participants on the subject matter as well as to share information,acquire knowledge and increase awareness.
