JOINT CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE - YOUR INTERACTION CHANNEL

Staff of Kumpulan Ikram will now have an opportunity to take part in the decision making of any particular policy of the company when they participate in the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) which was established recently.
Through the committee, a discussion and consultation will be conducted between the staff and the management to have a share understanding with regards to matters involving both interest.
Among others, the committee is formed to avoid dispute and misunderstanding between the staff and management so as to improve communication and collaboration between the two parties.
It is hoped that JCC will become an interaction channel to provide effective communication and healthy environment at the working place.
