| SHARING SESSION KICKS OFF |

By : Nor Raihan Abu Bakar While the world grumbles and groans about Mondays, the same won't happens at Ikram anymore. The staff will get themselves refreshed and filled with energy when they gather for a Sharing Session which is aimed at accelerating their mental, emotional and spiritual growth.  The Sharing Session which was initiated by the HR Department, will be conducted on Mondays of the first and third week of the month. The session will be the platform to share the knowledge, opinion and understanding when the Heads of Department take their turn to identify topics of importance to be shared and discussed with the staff. As sharing is one of the core values of the company, the session is hoped to improve communication, relationship and collaboration among the staff that would lead to commitment and perseverance towards One Vision One Team. The first Sharing Session was held for the Corporate Office and Infotree staff on 21st May 2007 at the Multipurpose Hall with the presence of the Managing Director YBhg Dato' Ir. Chong Ket Pen. The session started with the singing of the company's song, Moving Forward. Senior General Manager, Corporate Advisory, Mr. Lim Yew Ting shared his opinion on the importance of being resistant to stress, being more self aware and happy to work. |
