Y.Bhg Dato? Ir. Chong Ket Pen 53rd birthday bash that was organized by the Corporate Communications Department, upped the ante as the most entertaining party. It was held on the 12 July 2007 at the Mulligans Pub, IOI Palm Garden Resort.
Staff from the Corporate Office and Head of Departments were invited to join the soiree that day. Adding to the mix were Y.Bhg Prof Dato? Ir. Dr. Mohd Noor of KLIUC and Y.Bhg Datin Doris Yap of Prostaco Berhad.
Corporate Communication staff had set up and transformed the Mulligans Pub into a beautiful venue for a fun-filled celebration. From table decorations to the red and gold balloons, every little detail contributed to the mood of the party.
The day was filled with an array of activities for the event, ranging from hit-the-pinata, cake-cutting ceremony, birthday wishes presentation from the staff, an a video montage from the movie "Lara Croft" in her perilous attempt to find the perfect gift for Dato?. He looked immensely surprised when a pseudo "Lara Croft" emerged from the room and brought an exclusive gold plated egg as a birthday gift from the staff and Head of Departments.
Guests were then ushered to the buffet counter for sumptuous feast of International Cuisine. The party turned out well and it was a memorable affair that will certainly left an impressive mark on its guests. |
