UNIPARK AVENUE CONDOMINIUM Campus Enclave Refreshingly Different |
Protasco Land Sdn Bhd, launched its maiden development project of Unipark Avenue Condominium to the public on the 18 & 19 of August 2007. The launch received a warm response from the crowd who showed interest in the project.
Some of the potential homeowners that visited the launch was assured that the project would provide the rental yield of approximately 8% - 12%. With affordable price ranging from RM 193,800 to RM 250,000 the condominium lured many buyers who's seeking for investment opportunities.
On the panel for Unipark Avenue Condominium sale, 8 banks offered its packages to the homeowners. Comprising of Bank Muamalat, Maybank, OCBC, Public Bank, CIMB, EON Bank, RHB and HSBC, the loan offered all featured a high margin of financing to the eligible homebuyers.
