Kumpulan Ikram Sdn Bhd (KISB) received a group of delegation from the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia (JPS) on 14 February 2008. Tuan Haji Juhaimai Jusoh, Assistant Director of JPS, lead a group of 34 staff to do a technical visit at KISB. They are also interested to know more about services provided by KISB and its subsidiaries.

The event started off with a welcome speech by the General Manager of Corporate Communications and followed suit by a brief explanation by Head of Departments from each subsidiary. The delegation was also interested in the technology and process use by KISB in the laboratories. Member of the Corporate Communication hosted them in a tour around Ikram Park that includes attending the 3 labs; Geothecnical, Pavement and Material labs. They were also given an opportunity to discuss and share their product knowledge with each other.

After the tour and technical briefing, the delegation was invited for luncheon with the KISB?s representatives. On behalf of the company, each member of the delegation was given a token as a symbol of friendship between these two organizations. It was truly a pleasure to host this eventful visit from JPS and hope this event could lead to a mutual collaboration in the future.
