Kumpulan Ikram Sports Club (KSKKI), had recently organized an Islamic Talk on "Hijrah Menuju Peribadi Cemerlang "on 24 December 2008.
More than 50 staff from the Ikram group converged at the Ikram Mosque to attend the talk. It was organized to commemorate a new leaf in the Islamic Calendar of 1430 Hijrah. A prominent speaker from International Islamic University Malaysia, Ustaz Wan Shohor Bani Leman, also a TV personality, was invited to give the talk.
Through Islamic perspectives, he addressed the crowd to embark into a new journey and regenerate one?s spirit and goals for the betterment of themselves. He also added on the importance of the purification of the soul and, for a person and Muslim in particular to have a sense of responsibility and conscience towards life, family and the company they are attached with.
After the talk ended, the crowd were invited for a quick lunch at the mosque, followed by a congregational Zuhur Prayer, lead by the Ustaz himself.
