In light of Ikram's commitment towards the "Ikram Going Green" Campaign, the following green policies shall be in place with immediate effect:

1.  RECYCLE

1.1    All internal documents which are to be utilized for reference purposes shall be printed double sided or on reused printed paper.

2.  REUSE

2.1    Stationeries that are reusable like hardcover files, paper trays etc are to be passed down to new recruits without requesting for new

ones from the PPD.

3.  REDUCE

3.1    Ban on the use of mineral water from plastic bottles at all meetings and events organized or held by Kumpulan Ikram.

3.2    All invitations, memos, meeting minutes etc, shall be circulated digitally via email. It is up to individuals to print them if required.

3.3    All wall switches are to be switched off at the end of work day, with exceptions for businesses requiring equipments to operate after

office hours, ie server etc.

3.4    Staff with allocated rooms shall switch off all lights if they are expected to leave their room for more than 15 minutes.

All Ikram staff will give their full cooperation towards achieving a sustainable future.
